Description
Modesto Performing Arts’ founder Paul Tischer will direct this production of A Christmas Carol, a faithful adaptation of the Charles Dickens book that is an ideal way to get into the holiday spirit. It's the story of the redemption of one Ebenezer Scrooge, a miser who hates Christmas and all humankind, including his employee Bob Cratchit and his family. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by three ghosts: the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Future. The revelations shown to him by the ghosts reveal that Scrooge really does have a heart after all.
