This performance is on sale to Gallo Center donors only through May 22, 2026. It goes on sale to the public on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10 am. You can purchase tickets before the public when you become a Gallo Center member.
The host of iconic programs like Iron Chef America, Food Network Star, and Cutthroat Kitchen, Brown’s live, wonderfully witty culinary variety shows have toured to sold-out crowds across the country since 2013, including his well-remembered appearances at the Center in 2015 and 2017. Join us for a most entertaining evening with this James Beard and Peabody award-winner!
This show uses shellfish. Exposure may occur through consumption, contact, or airborne particles from cooking. Shellfish allergies can cause severe reactions, including anaphylaxis. If you have a shellfish allergy, do not consume the food and do not enter the front-row area. Please see venue staff for assistance.

VIP Tickets include a special VIP experience one hour before curtain time. It will include a brief Q&A session in the Theater. VIP ticket holders will also receive a signed copy of Alton’s book. There will be no individual photos or autographs (like a Meet-and-Greet); however, photos will be allowed during the experience. Video is strictly prohibited.

- VIP Guest Experience Q&A begins at 6:30 pm
- No individual photograpy or autographs. Still photography is allowed. Video recordings not permitted.
